This Licence governs access to Mycelium’s dataset for organisations providing carbon accounting, reporting, and advisory services.
2. Permitted Use
2.1. The User may use the data for:
- emissions reporting and benchmarking;
- internal analysis and client advisory;
- supporting sustainability and compliance workflows.
2.2. Use may include commercial activity, subject to applicable pricing tiers.
3. Pricing and Eligibility
3.1. Access may be:
- free for small portfolios, for example 0-10 companies;
- reduced for organisations contributing verified data;
- subject to tiered pricing based on number of companies managed.
3.2. Mycelium reserves the right to review and adjust eligibility.
4. Data Contribution
4.1. Users may submit verified emissions data to Mycelium.
4.2. Contribution may reduce or remove fees and improve dataset coverage and accuracy.
4.3. Mycelium reserves the right to validate submitted data.
5. Restrictions
The User must not:
- resell or redistribute raw data;
- provide API access to third parties;
- use the data outside the scope of reporting, advisory, or internal use without a commercial licence.
6. Data Disclaimer
6.1. The data is provided “as is”.
6.2. Mycelium makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mycelium shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the data.
8. Term and Termination
8.1. This Licence is effective from the date of acceptance.
8.2. Mycelium may terminate access if the User breaches these terms.
8.3. Upon termination, the User must cease use of the data.
9. Governing Law
This Licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
